Director, Global Business Development
Location is United States, working remotely from home

Roles and Responsibilities:

Actively identify, qualify, and solicit global corporate prospects in a designated territory who would benefit from Oasis service offerings. Manage the sales process and document all sales activity and sales related data in a timely manner in Oasis CRM platform. Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, develop presentations, and assist in responding to Requests for Proposals to secure new business. Assist with on-boarding of new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for increased volume and growth. Meet or exceed annualized individual sales goals and revenue targets with defined performance metrics within a prescribed period. Effectively support Oasis Collections through sales activity and identification of corporate prospects. Attend specific industry events or conferences on a national, regional, or local level to develop leads and expand networking opportunities. Support senior management in projects or other areas as needed. Must be willing to travel.

  • Proven record of developing prospects, consultative selling, and closing new business
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must effectively present to prospects, C-level executives, and in front of groups
  • Highly customer service oriented and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change
  • Able to maintain a positive, professional working relationship with all members of the team, clients, prospects, and suppliers
  • Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to meet deadlines and manage workload
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and related appropriate programs and software
  • Demonstrated ability to work across cultures
  • Must be able to work from home while maintaining a high level of productivity

 

Education and Experience:

  • College degree required
  • Minimum 5 years’ business development experience in hospitality, relocation, global mobility, or other related industry

 

Compensation:
Competitive base salary (guaranteed for first year) + commission package
