Roles and Responsibilities:
· Locate, hire and train local inspectors in markets where Oasis provides corporate housing
· Schedule and conduct oversight of property walk through inspections
· Send move out instructions to guests completing their stay
· Maintain an over-the-top “customer-centric” and “perfectionist” approach in all roles and responsibilities
· Identify areas for process improvement, develop “buy-in” for ideas for all stakeholders, and implement ideas that are collectively agreed upon
· Schedule the pickup and return of cable equipment
· Resolve reported client and guest maintenance and/or service issues
Qualifications:
· Quality control experience is preferred
· Guest services experience is preferred
· Must present positive and professional behavior
· Must possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Must be well versed in utilizing MS Word and Excel
· Have the ability to communicate clear, concise and kind manner via email or telephone
· Must possess a passion for perfection
Compensation:
Starting salary range is $35,000 to $42,000, based on experience and skill set.
