Guest Services Representative: Oasis Corporate Housing seeks energetic, outgoing individuals who want to work in a fun, fast paced environment facilitating superior guest experiences. This is a full time home-office based position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Resolve reported client and guest maintenance and/or service issues
-Maintain an over-the-top “customer-centric” and “perfectionist” approach in all roles and responsibilities
- Conduct hotel searches for Account Managers and complete hotel reservations when required.
- Manage and complete extension requests for clients when needed
-Work with other Guest Services Associates to create, maintain, and deliver guest services monthly report to management
-Identify areas for process improvement, develop “buy-in” for ideas for all stakeholders, and implement those ideas that are collectively agreed upon
-Send out extension requests and move out instructions
- Upload new property information (descriptions and photos) to internal database upon request from Account Managers.
-Regularly update Oasis’ IssueTrak portal for any reported issues in-house guests have raised.
Guest Services experience is preferred
Must present a positive and professional behavior
Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to stay calm under pressure
Good MS Word and Excel
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to communicate clear, concise, and kind manner, via email and phone.
Must have a passion for guest happiness
Must be well organized and able to work within a fast-paced environment

This position will be based in UK from the team member’s remote home office (all home office furniture and equipment will be provided).
