Seeking an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our energetic team.
Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and qualify sales inquiry calls and/ or emails for corporate housing needs from current and future national clients.
Work through the lead management sales process (including budgeting/pricing).
Draft required client contracts and work with client to obtain completed paperwork for all reservations.
Remit accurate reservations details to accounting and operations team.
Produce weekly lead tracking reports.
Develop a 1-year development plan with Key Performance Indicators that drive. performance reviews and future compensation discussions.
Create rapport with personnel at our existing clients.
Develop relationships with potential new clients and convert relationships into new business opportunities (leads).
Take final responsibility for maximizing the number and quality of quotes being sent to prospective clients.
Follow up with prospects on all leads.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Maintain positive business and customer relationships to to prolong customer lifetime value.
Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team.
Continuously improve through feedback.

Expert in time management and personal organization.
Must have a customer service focused personality (professionalism on telephone and emails).
Must have experience in a fast pace environment with a sense of urgency (ability to meet deadlines).
Must have ability to multi-task.
Must have a high standard for what is deemed appropriate quality for housing options.
Must be proficient in Internet research for requests as required.
Proficiency using Microsoft WORD, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly motivated, determined, and target driven.
Property management experience.
Relevant industry experience preferred. Bachelors degree preferred.
