The Harbor Square condo isn't your run of the mill community. Not because it's split up between two towers, but because each one has its own set of floor plans. That's not the end of the differences between the Harbor and Town Towers either. For instance: Only Harbor Tower condos have in-home washer/dryer hookups. Town Tower residents use community laundry. Parking is included with the  Harbor Tower units, but not with those in the Town Tower. One more important difference is in the sizing. Because parking takes up the first 6 floors of both buildings, even the bottom level views are excellent.
