About the apartment:
This 60sqm Parisian vacation rental is situated on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building with coded access. There is a small elevator useful for transporting luggage to the 2nd floor. This recently renovated apartment combines a fresh and modern style with original parquet flooring and elegant crown moulding.

On entering the apartment, you are greeted by a light an airy entryway, and from here you can access all the rooms in the apartment. The living room has beautiful parquet flooring, a sofa, flat-screen television with local channels, decorative fireplace and carefully chosen decorations. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people, should you feel like eating in one evening. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep 2 guests and extra linens are provided. A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands and bedside lamps and plenty of storage space for your belongings. All bedding and linens are provided, and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. Both this room and the living room are street-facing but remain calm thanks to their double-glazed windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools you would need to cook a full meal. It comes with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, teakettle, toaster, microwave and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. There is also a clothes washing machine, drying rack and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The bathrooms is accessible via the hallway. It is outfitted with a combination bathtub/shower, mirror and sink. A starter pack of shampoo and soap is provided, as well as a few toilet rolls. Bath towels are included for four guests.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided in case warmer temperatures are in the Paris weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris.

The Notre Dame Cathedral and gorgeous Ile de la Cite are 5 minutes walk and are not to be missed on any trip to Paris!

You are always just steps from the hugely popular St Michel, St Germain and Jardin des Plantes. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There is also the famous Rue Mouffetard nearby which dotted with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, butchers, grocers and more!

Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Pantheon, the resting place of many important French figures. The Jardin des Plantes is 10 minutes walk away – perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll.
