What is included in my condo for the rate?
Included in your daily rate is: All Furnitures (Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathrooms and Bedrooms), Décor, Linens, Housewares, Phone Services, Digital Cable, High Speed Internet and all Utilities.
In addition to these amenities, you may request any of our various upgrades. The only increase in charge to you is the actual cost to us; we just pass it through. These upgrades include, but are not limited to: expanded cable packages including HBO, additional furnishings such as a work desk and chair. We are here to make our guests feel at home. Whatever this to you is what we will strive to provide.
Do I have to pay for utilities?
No, all utilities are covered by Oasis Corporate Housing. We do, however, put a generous cap on how much utilities we will cover. This is almost never reached and is just used to keep use within reason.
Is internet or HBO included in the rent?
Yes. Internet is included.
No. With a written request, we would be more than happy to have extended cable added. We can normally have you upgraded cable within a couple of business days. We do not charge any premiums on these upgrades and only pass through the exact cost of the service from the service provider.
Would my stay with Oasis Corporate Housing be reimbursed by DFAS?
Yes, Oasis Corporate Housing is a corporate housing company with many years of experience working with TDY orders and per the Joint Federal Travel Regulation, “JFTR” if there are no rooms available and no available housing on base DFAS will honor your stay with us.
Would the Per Diem rate cover my rental expenses?
Yes. Oasis Corporate Housing is a nation wide corporate housing company that covers all of your rental living needs. Your housing Per Diem covers 100% of those expenses.
When do I have to pay you for my housing?
If you are a first time customer, we must collect payment before you move in and then on the 1st of the month for subsequent payments. For those clients that we develop a continued relationship with, we can charge you at the end of the current month for the nights spent with us during that month. You will receive a receipt showing the total number of days you stayed in your corporate apartment and the total amount you paid in full.
Do I have to sign a lease?
Yes. We do ask you to sign an agreement that outlines your understanding of your new community’s rules, our terms and rates, and conditions that are needed for you to checkout without any notice ( e.g., providing a copy of your orders for deployment).
How can you make your property available for our corporate housing clients?
We ask that you email the following to info@oasiscorporatehousing.com
- Address
- Floorplan (ie, how many bedrooms and baths, sq. footage, etc)
- Is this property already furnished? What are you including?
-What would you like to receive in rent, if we are able to get your property leased.
-Please email as many pictures as possible (both interior & exterior). We will not consider without pictures first.
